Refund policy

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

Please review your order details carefully before making a purchase. By completing your payment, you agree to this policy.Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, and details are natural.

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
