12C Studio is a handmade ceramic studio based in Thailand. We ship our products domestically and internationally.

Processing Time
Ready-to-ship orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. 

Shipping Methods and Fees
We ship through available postal and courier services. Shipping methods and fees are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. International orders may take approximately 7–21 business days or longer, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays and Customs
12C Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, postal service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance with tracking your shipment.
